How to Customise Your Cutlery

Start from an existing profile or submit your own drawing or sample. We review feasibility before tooling and production, so your cutlery is optimised for our dry-press process.
01

Send Your Drawing or Sample

Share a drawing, dimensions or a reference sample so we can understand the intended use.
02

Feasibility & DFM Review

We review geometry, material and mouldability for the dry-press forming process.
03

Tooling & Sampling

We open the tool and prepare initial samples for evaluation, fit and function confirmation.
04

Approval & Mass Production

After your approval, we confirm production and move into scheduled mass manufacture and delivery.
Typical forming envelope: draft angle ≥ 3° · wall thickness 0.8–2.5 mm · no standard undercuts · depth target ≤ 25 mm.

Dry-Pressed Cutlery Manufacturing Capacity

Buyer Questions

Answers to common questions about profiles, tooling and product documentation.
Use the catalogue categories, specification tables and product images to identify a profile. If you cannot find a match, submit a drawing or reference sample.
Existing catalogue profiles carry no new-tool charge only where an existing mould is confirmed. Modified profiles and new tooling involve separate costs for modification, sampling and one-time tooling, as stated in the written quotation.
Bamboo, bagasse, wood pulp and blended formulations can be evaluated against stiffness, mould performance, target use and required documentation. Longer or alternative formulations require new samples and a fresh compliance applicability review.
A dimensional drawing with key dimensions (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP) or a physical reference sample, together with the intended use, is sufficient to begin feasibility and material review.
A report is applicable only when its sample, formulation, finish and test scope match the quoted product. EC 1935/2004, LFGB, PFAS screening, EN 13432 and ISO 14067 records are matched item by item, and applicability is confirmed in the written quotation.
A dated sampling plan is issued after geometry, tool profile and material review. Sample timing follows the selected route — catalogue, modified or new tooling — and is confirmed in the written quotation.
